Privacy Policy - ViralPop AI Art Publisher
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. About This Application
ViralPop AI Art Publisher is an application operated by DigitalClub to automate the publication of ViralPop’s own content on its Facebook Page, Instagram account, and YouTube channel.
This policy describes how information is handled by this publishing integration. Other ViralPop services, including AI-assisted content requests and GPT interactions, are covered by the ViralPop Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Process
To operate the publishing integration, we process information such as:
- Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers.
- Access tokens and permissions granted by authorized account administrators.
- Images, videos, captions, and other content selected for publication.
- Publication identifiers, links, timestamps, processing states, and error messages.
- YouTube channel identifiers, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and permissions granted by authorized administrators.
The application is intended for DigitalClub’s own publishing operations. It does not offer account connection or publishing services for third-party social media accounts.
If personal information appears in content selected for publication, that information may become publicly visible on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Authenticate and authorize access to ViralPop’s social media accounts.
- Upload and publish selected content.
- Verify publication status and record publishing results.
- Troubleshoot errors and maintain the reliability and security of the integration.
We do not sell information processed by this application.
4. Third-Party Services
The integration uses Meta’s Facebook and Instagram services, YouTube API Services, and supporting automation, cloud hosting, storage, operational-record, and notification services.
Information is transmitted to these services as needed to operate the publishing workflow. Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube also process published content and related information under their own privacy policies and terms. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Access tokens are used for authorized API operations and are not intended to be included in publicly published content.
5. Data Retention
We retain publishing records and operational information for as long as needed to operate the integration, troubleshoot issues, and maintain publication tracking.
Access credentials are retained while needed for authorized operations and should be removed or replaced when access is revoked or the integration is discontinued.
Information may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable obligations or resolve security incidents.
When we receive a valid deletion request, we delete the covered information as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If applicable law requires us to retain specific information, we will retain only the information required and explain the limitation to the requester.
6. Data Deletion and Access Revocation
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by this application, email:
digitalclub@digitalclub.biz
Use the subject “ViralPop Publisher — Data Request” and describe your request. Include a relevant publication link or identifier, if available. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may request information necessary to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. We will explain any limitations that prevent deletion.
Authorized administrators can also revoke the application’s access through Meta’s account or business settings. Authorized administrators can revoke Google access through Google Account permissions.
Deleting information from our operational records does not automatically remove content already published on Facebook or Instagram. Requests concerning published content should identify the relevant post so that we can assess and address them.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access credentials and operational information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the application or its information-handling practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
9. Additional Provisions for Google and YouTube
Scope
In addition to the Facebook and Instagram publishing operations described above, ViralPop AI Art Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload and publish ViralPop’s own videos to its YouTube channel.
This functionality is used exclusively by authorized DigitalClub administrators. It does not connect or publish to third-party users’ YouTube channels.
Sections 1–8 continue to apply to the Facebook and Instagram integration. This section supplements the policy for Google and YouTube operations. Where it specifies different requirements for Google or YouTube data, those requirements apply to that data only.
Information Processed and Purposes
For YouTube publishing, the application processes:
- OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and permissions granted by authorized administrators.
- YouTube channel and video identifiers.
- Videos and associated titles, descriptions, tags, audience designations, synthetic-content disclosures, and privacy settings.
- Upload and processing states, publication links, timestamps, and error information.
This information is used to authorize access, upload selected videos, check their processing and visibility, record results, and troubleshoot publishing operations.
The integration does not request Google account passwords. Credentials are not intended to appear in published content.
Google and Supporting Services
Videos, metadata, and authorized requests are transmitted to Google and YouTube. Supporting automation, hosting, storage, operational-record, and notification services process information as necessary to perform the publishing workflow.
Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.
The application’s YouTube functionality is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Authorized administrators using that functionality agree to be bound by those terms.
Retention of YouTube API Data
YouTube API data is retained only for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with applicable YouTube API requirements.
We delete or refresh stored YouTube API Data when required by YouTube’s policies and within the time limits those policies specify. For valid deletion requests and following revocation of Google or YouTube access, we delete the associated data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.
OAuth tokens are retained only while necessary for valid, authorized operations. Authorized administrators can revoke Google access through Google Account permissions. Upon receiving a revocation or deletion request, we will stop using the associated token, revoke it manually as soon as possible, and delete the associated YouTube API Data within seven calendar days. The seven-day deletion period applies to the associated YouTube API Data whether access is revoked through the application’s revocation mechanism or through Google Account permissions.
These provisions concern Google and YouTube API data. They do not establish a new retention period for Facebook or Instagram data or for independently created original publishing assets.
Deletion Requests and Revocation
Requests concerning information held by the integration can be sent to:
digitalclub@digitalclub.biz
Use the subject “ViralPop Publisher — Data Request” and include the relevant YouTube video or channel identifier when available. Do not send passwords or tokens.
Deleting information from the integration’s records does not automatically delete videos or other information stored by YouTube. Published videos can be managed through YouTube Studio or another authorized tool supporting that action.
